Absolutely Nothing is a conceptual artwork. The price changes. Nothing else does.

The project

Absolutely Nothing is the public name of an artistic project operated by an individual. It is not presented as an incorporated company or as a separate legal person. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the individual operating the project under that name.

What is offered

Payment for an edition is for participation in the conceptual artwork Absolutely Nothing. No physical object, digital product, NFT, token, membership, ownership interest, investment, future reward or hidden benefit is included. Nothing is shipped and nothing is made available to download. The acquisition itself is the experience.

“Acquisition” and “edition” are terms used within the artwork. They do not promise ownership of an asset or a transfer of intellectual property rights. Transaction emails record the acquisition; they are not a separate product or certificate.

A separate Private Acquisition Review service is offered for USD 100. It provides a personal assessment of one request and a written response. It is not an additional edition or an acquisition, and the fee is not credited or deducted from an acquisition price. No fixed response time is promised. Its specific review terms govern cancellation and refunds; any final-acquisition or withdrawal-waiver wording applies only to the acquisition of an edition, not to the review fee.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not attempt to access another person's information, interfere with the website, submit false payment details or use the forms to send malicious material.

To make an acquisition, you must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter into the transaction. A person acting for an organisation must be authorised to do so.

Acquisitions and payments

The Acquisition Terms (https://absolutelynothing.art/pages/acquisition-terms) describe the seven editions and their acquisition routes. Review the selected edition, the disclosure, the currency and the total payable before committing to payment.

There is no subscription, recurring charge or delivery fee. A failed payment, pending authorisation or return to the website does not establish a completed acquisition. If a payment appears on your account but no confirmation has arrived, contact us before attempting another payment.

Rights and responsibility

The Refund / Cancellation policy (https://absolutelynothing.art/pages/refund-cancellation) explains how to contact us about cancellation, withdrawal or a payment problem. Acknowledging that no item will be delivered does not itself waive consumer rights. These terms do not exclude any protection, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The website may be unavailable or contain an error. If something appears incorrect, contact us. Such an error does not remove any rights arising under applicable law or an existing agreement.

Intellectual property

Rights in the artwork, branding, design and text remain with their respective rights holders. Participation does not grant copyright, trade mark rights, commercial exploitation rights or an ownership interest. Uses permitted by law remain permitted.

Privacy and Shopify

Shopify hosts the store and processes information needed to operate it. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. This allows Shopify to use information about interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify for enhanced features, including personalisation, analytics and advertising. Information may be shared with Shopify and providers in other countries.

Questions and changes

Send questions or complaints to absolutelynothing.art@gmail.com. You retain access to the courts, authorities and remedies available under applicable law. Contacting us first is not a condition for exercising a legal right.

Updates apply to future use and acquisitions. They do not retrospectively remove rights associated with an existing acquisition. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable, including protections arising from the participant's country of residence.
