Private Acquisition is the individually reviewed route for the final three one-of-one editions of Absolutely Nothing:

Nothing — USD 100,000
Nothing at All — USD 1,000,000
Absolutely Nothing — USD 10,000,000

These are the project's fixed artistic prices. The total payable, including any applicable taxes and charges, is disclosed before you commit.

The acquisition: you will receive nothing

Payment for an edition is for participation in a conceptual artwork. Participation is supplied as a service. No physical object, digital product, NFT, token, certificate, membership, ownership interest, investment, future reward or hidden benefit is included. Nothing is shipped, downloaded or delivered later. The acquisition itself is the experience.

The price changes. Nothing else does.

Requesting a private review

A separate USD 100 review fee covers one personally reviewed request and a substantive written response concerning your selected edition. The review fee is distinct from the acquisition price and is not credited or deducted if an acquisition later proceeds. It is a review service, not an additional edition.

Select an available private edition and read the Private Acquisition Review Terms before paying through Shopify Checkout. After confirmed payment, your transaction email provides the link to complete your request. Use the email address recorded on the order and include its reference. We verify the paid order and selected edition manually before reviewing the request.

Payment and submission do not reserve an edition, guarantee approval or commit you to an acquisition. No fixed response time is promised. You may cancel the review for a full refund before the substantive written response is sent; we also refund in full if we cannot provide the review or the edition becomes unavailable before the review begins. Your statutory withdrawal and other mandatory rights remain available even if an early response has been sent.

The form link is shareable, but access to it does not establish payment. Review correspondence is sent to the email address recorded on the order. One paid fee covers one request; clarifications and corrections to that same request do not require a second fee.

Approval, agreement and reservation

If the request can proceed, the contracting operator, edition, total payable, payment process, final-sale terms and mandatory legal rights will be identified in writing before you commit. A reservation exists only when expressly confirmed with an expiry time.

The acquisition agreement will ask you to expressly request that performance of the participation service begin immediately after cleared funds are verified, before the end of any applicable statutory withdrawal period. It will also ask you to acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you will lose any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply.

Acquisition payment and full performance

Private acquisitions use an approved external bank transfer after the acquisition agreement has been accepted. Payment instructions are provided privately. Do not transfer money before receiving and verifying those instructions.

Bank transfer fees. You are responsible for any bank transfer and currency conversion fees charged to you by your own bank or payment provider. These fees are separate from the agreed acquisition price. Absolutely Nothing does not charge an additional fee for payment by bank transfer. Fees charged by our own bank remain our responsibility.

A transfer receipt, screenshot, pending transaction or bank notice does not establish completion. Cleared funds must first be independently verified with the banking provider. The service is fully performed only after final approval has been issued, participation has been accepted, the edition has been recorded as ACQUIRED and the final acquisition confirmation has been issued.

All acquisitions are final once the participation service has been fully performed. No refund is offered for a change of mind after full performance, except where cancellation, refund or another remedy is required by applicable mandatory law.

The final-acquisition terms above do not apply to the separate USD 100 review service, whose cancellation and refund rights are set out in the Private Acquisition Review Terms.

Your information and rights

Do not send identity documents, bank statements, source-of-funds records, tax documents or other sensitive financial information through this form or ordinary email. If necessary, a suitable secure process will be arranged separately.

Read the Acquisition Terms, Refund / Cancellation policy and Privacy policy before proceeding. The word private describes the acquisition process; it does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
